Who this covers

This policy covers the people who contact us through this website and the solar companies that use our service. Homeowners who use a company's calculator are covered by that company's own privacy notice, shown on its calculator.

What we collect

• When you request a demo: your name, company, email or mobile number, website or Facebook page, and your message.
• For company accounts: names, emails and sign-in records.
• We don't use advertising trackers. We only set a sign-in cookie for dashboard accounts.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare your demo, run your account and send service messages. We never sell your details.

Homeowners' data processed for solar companies

Each solar company controls the details its customers send through its calculator. We process those details only on the company's instructions, store them securely and delete them when the company asks or 30 days after it stops using the service.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to 12 months. Account data is kept while the account is active and for 30 days after.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
