The service

YouSolarBrand ("we") provides solar companies ("you") with a branded solar savings calculator, a leads dashboard and related tools, on one monthly plan.

Plan, trial and payment

• The plan is billed monthly in advance. The current price is shown on our homepage.
• New companies may start with a free trial. If you don't continue after the trial, your calculator is paused.
• If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause your calculator until it's settled. Your data is kept.
• You can cancel anytime. The plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no refunds for partial months.

Your content and leads

• Your logo, prices and other content stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them.
• The leads your calculator collects belong to you. You can export them anytime, including after you cancel, for 30 days.
• You're responsible for the prices and rates you enter and for the quotations you give customers.

Customer data

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you are the personal information controller for your customers' details and we process them on your behalf. We store them securely, use them only to run the service, never sell them, and delete them when you ask or 30 days after you cancel. You agree to use leads only to respond to the customer's inquiry.

Estimates

The calculator gives estimates based on typical conditions and the values you enter. Every page tells customers the figures are estimates to be confirmed after a site visit. We don't guarantee any specific savings or results.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send spam, mislead customers, or impersonate another company. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and back up data daily, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Changes and contact
